Where can the orders be shipped to?

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Typically, we process orders within 1-2 business days.

Please note that our order cutoff time is 17:00 (CST) from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 17:00 (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

If an item ships at most 10 business days after your order, barring any special circumstances such as pre-sale items, we encourage you to contact us. Please email service@jewelethereal.com, and we will facilitate a refund or reshipment for you, along with a $5 coupon as a token of our apology for the inconvenience.

Product Shipping Time

Package shipping generally takes 3-8 business days.

Note: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods are shipped.

If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please get in touch with us by sending an email to service@jewelethereal.com, and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

DHL Express: Free shipping for orders over $55.99(inclusive). Postage is $4.99 for less than $55.99.

Attention to Buyers
