How do I place an order on your website?

You can browse our product catalog, select the appliances you need, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've finished shopping, click "Checkout" and fill in the necessary shipping and payment information.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Product pages will display stock information. If a product is out of stock, you can often choose to receive a notification when it's back in stock.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. However, please note that the return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only provide shipping services within the United States. However, we are working hard to expand our services globally in the future.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once more than 30 minutes have passed, the order may start processing and we cannot change it.

How do I care for my jewelry to ensure its longevity?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend you store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, chemicals, and cosmetics.  

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We carefully inspect each item before shipment, but in the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately.    We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, whether it be through a replacement or a refund.
